I'm terrible at snacking especially on the weekends, I'm trying to think of something i can do on a weekend that will keep my hands busy because a few weeks ago I spent all day in the garden raking and doing various other things and didn't eat until dinner. But what to do? The more I can do the less I will snack!

I suffer from this as well, I can do really well all week and then as soon as the weekend hits I can just scoff, i know it's down to boredom because a few weeks ago when we had that lovely week in March I was out all day saturday raking my lawn etc and didn't stop until about 3pm. But I can't rake my grass every weekend…

I do exercise DVDs at home I do 3 days of Hannah Watermans body blitz, and then I do 3 days of Davina Ultimate Target.

Because I'm quite muscular I don't use the scales at all because they just show me being heavier, so instead I measure myself every month and log it in my diary.

Well my goal is to lose 3 stone by next October because I'm getting married, I'm hoping to lose quite a lot by this October because i need to go wedding dress shopping. But also I am going to treat myself to a whole new wardrobe and my fiancé is going to help with it as well as a well done type thing.

Hmm for me it's got to be my tum, thighs, arms and chin, my calves aren't too bad they are quite shapely I think these have been the first to improve compared to anything else!!
