I struggle on the weekend sometimes, I try to find things to do in the day so I'm not heading to the cupboard every 5 mins. I wouldn't say I stuff my face full of crap all weekend but I do have a treat on a Saturday.

Yea I get this feeling as well after my workout I just sip water with maybe a little dash of squash in, but usually it goes after Ive showered and relaxed.

I set my alarm for 4:30am and get up between 4:30am and 4:45am and as soon as the alarm goes off I have to have that little voice inside my head push me to get out and get ready for my workout.

I only check once a month as well, also use a tape measure to check my measurements more than go on the scale because I have a lot of muscle so I may have lost a couple of inches around my waist but gained a few pounds as well!

If I'm exercising in the morning then I will eat after exercising If I'm exercising after work I'll have a piece of fruit at about 3pm and then exercise about 4:30pm

I do this as well, I also by fresh carrots to snack on in the day and i always try and get some salad in somewhere in the day.

I used to do evening workouts but sometimes I was just too tired after work, so I switched to morning workouts which I do struggle to get up to sometimes! Especially towards the end of the week!

I'm a morning person mostly, I find if I'm going to work out in the morning I have to set my mind to it the evening before, and set my alarm, but when I wake up it's a case of not thinking about getting up it's JUST get up and do it!

The profile picture is what I used to be like I'm like 3 stone heavier now nearly, I use that picture so I have an aim of what i want to be like again.

Thanks, thats the thing I really want to do it, my profile picture is what size I want to be again, I use this picture for all my profiles with FB etc, so when I look at it I think yes thats what I want to achieve again.
