thanks for all of the answers, guys. Aside from the sodium- pho is awesome. Sounds perfect for after a century (100mile) bike ride...yes!!! plus, all of the super healthy add ins like bean sprouts and herbs have got to be great for my body! happy pho-ing lol

I really enjoy my daily schedule-- keeps me sane. I love my job, but a morning workout and an afternoon run in the sunshine reminds me that I can be more than just an employee from 8-5. thanks for the encouragement to rest...can't wait to be groovin along by the river!

i'm a mixed nuts type of girl---i price match at walmart a lot using walgreen's ads...they tend to have BOGO on almonds :)

first, get workout clothes that you like. comfortable...that you want to wear. that always helps i'm sure. but for me, my exercise is my bike and running. i enjoy them so much--i love being outside and the fact that i am getting exercise is just icing on the cake.
