5'3 ladies around 110-120 lbs
How much do you eat? I am supposed to eat 1500 to maintain, but i do crossfit and race bicycles so there are some days i am "supposed" to eat 2500-3000 calories. This seems INSANE. I eat meats/plants/nuts/whiskey if that helps. Just wondering.
