weekend workouts...what's yours?

Just curious to see what your weekend workouts consist of and also how your food intake changes being that its the WEEKEND and there's not much schedule consistency...aaaaaaaaaand go!

I run about 2 miles in the morning on both Saturday and Sunday and on Saturday I include weight training. As far as my food intake I plan accordingly - if there's football and hockey on then I have fruit and veggies plates ready to go for the grazing and meals are planned as usual. I guess for the most part I make my weekend schedule consistent.0

you go girl- i wish i could stay consistent. I am always on point with my breakfasts. I do most of my longer workouts on the weekends-- 2 hours or so on the bike and also weight training each day...but that also allows me a TON more calories for the day...ahhh love weekends.0

I do a 3 mile walk on the weekends. Surprisingly, I eat way less on the weekends than i do during the week.0

I wait until my daughter is in bed and my husband is safely ensconced in his office playing video games, then I turn on some LOUD music and get my karate on. Granted, this is just about what I do every day, but I make extra sure to do it Saturday, since I'm way more lazy when my husband is home to help watch our daughter. Also, I ask the hubby ahead of time if he plans on getting takeout so I can work it into my calories. I told him that there is no last-second deciding to get pizza allowed if we've both been home all day. :P0

I hike or when it is warm enough I go to the beach and go for a swim.0
