What's everyone's plan to stay balanced this weekend? Anyone have lots of temptations coming up?

I get a huge veggie sub from subway,no sauce,no cheese. 1/2 for lunch,1/2 for dinner. I put fat free miracle whip,and fat free cheese,and some parmesan cheese on it.Our local grocery store offers 18 inch subs,sometimes I get one like the one from Subway,but have them cut it in thirds. one for lunch,one for dinner, and one for the next days lunch. Fills you up big time. get as many veggies as you like.0
