17 is a child. I'd suggest waiting until she's no longer a teenager. I'm not against age gaps...there's 10 years between my husband and I but we're adults when we met.

I use my HRM. I'm 5'6 and 140lbs. I burn between 160-180 calories for level 1 and 220-240 for levels 2 and 3.

I agree, just take it one step at a time. Fix your diet and definitely increase your intake. Make exercise meaningful...housework counts you know. Build in other activities when you can. You'll get there, just takes time :flowerforyou:

I include it. I wear my HRM whilst I do it which motivates me to clean better. I even do a wee dance whilst hovering!

I get this daily. I suffer from low blood pressure and i am pretty sure that's why i feel so dizzy and sick. Tricks to overcome it....get up slowly, especially when getting up in the morning or sitting down for a long time. I also find that drinking lots of fluid helps. Hope this helps x
