My hubby was in the military and i worried every day about losing him, losing the close bond we have and the chance of him cheating or leaving me. He injured his knee during training and got medically discharged. I was soooooooooooooooo happy!! (not about the injury) Luckily, his knee is fine and he works close to home and…

And another good thing about being with a younger man is that everyone asumes i am a litle older than him :tongue: Which means lots of people shaving at least 7 years off my age :wink:

I am 10 years older than my husband and we get along just fine. His lust for life and energy are what keep me going. If you like him, forget about the age difference.

Go to youtube and check out P90X results. It mixes strength training with yoga and cardio. It will motivate you!! I have just started this week and have lost 2lbs and 3% body fat. I will post some pics after a month. Good luck with your training. :wink:

I'm not sure if it causes weight gain. However, aspartame has been linked to infertility, it is linked to oesophageal cancer and is one of the ingredients used to preserve dead bodies!!! Saying all that.....i love diet coke which contains aspartame and i love it!! :grumble:

It's not ideal to be honest. Need to get rid of the toxins (poop) from your body every day, or at least every other day. Increase your calorie, fibre and water intake and you should see a good improvement. My Grandad had a saying: If you don't eat, you don't poop, if you don't poop, you die.
