I started night shifts that day so I harldly eat because I'm working or asleep lol! I need to try and fit food in on nights tho! Thanks for who added me:)

I am starting in Jan 2013 too. I did level 1 to see what it is like today and what I am getting myself into and oh my word its kills. I hope it will get easier and I stop having 5 sec breaks. I can not do push ups tho no matter how hard I try.

I am going to start the complete 30 days after new year so Jan 2nd but I did a little of level 1 today to see what it is like and oh my word! My legs are so sore.
