The egg should work fine. I'm on a gluten free diet and lots of the gluten free burger recipes use egg to bind the burgers ( not sure how well as I cant have egg either). Good luck.

There are two reason why we are so defensive; 1) Those with coeliac it does cause damage to the gut - that is what coeliacs is. 2) Just think what happens when restaurants and cafes thinks its ok to be 95% gluten free too. So many times I've been served food that has been cooked with food containing gluten - or they have…

Actually there is quite a bit of evidence especially with coeliac that gluten can affect your mood. I know if I've eaten thats been contaminated I get very moody. Coeliac has many ranging symptom - many nothing to do with IBS type symptoms. When I go diagnosed as a toddler the think was at the time that I would grow out of…

The whole gluten free fad is a bit of a two edge sword for me. I'm a coeliac and first diagnosed as a toddler 35 years ago. The range and availability of products is the last few years have made my life much easier and I can now eat many products that as a child I had to go without. However as more and more people claim to…

It does sound like something similar to what I get when I eat gluten - I have coeliac disease. I would go back to the docs and mention what you have said here. Dont cut it out completely as you need to be eating it to get a positive test result.
-
Thats what I use if not using a jacket as I carry my phone ( to track my distance) plus my inhailer.
-
Oh gosh yes. Not everyday obviously but you are allowed to treat yourself once in a while.
-
I dont have any 'normal' flour as I have coeliacs. It depends what you class as flour? And why no sugar or flour?
-
I agree. If you have any sort of medical reason for not eating gluten 95% will not cut it. Many people can have silent coeliac and even though they seem symptom free there is still lots of damage going on. I dread to think how much just 5% gluten diet would increase your chances of getting bowel cancer and here are so many…

As the saying goes Jack has S**T. On a serious note this is an appalling question and scary that it has been set by a school.

Mine is Carry on My wayward son - From Supernatural. For all those fans out there I also have eye of the tiger as I love the extra clip with Dean singing it.

Make sure you touch everyone you pass - the electric shocks will help them run faster too.
-
I must admit i do this with Trail shoes as there are none locally. My tip is to drink a least a gallon of water before hand as all that sloshing will help you run faster.
-
I'm just under 185lbs but started on 245 and my daily intake then was around 1750 and when you then add on exercise calories and I would end up over 2000 a day so it does seem plausible. Also remember your body is like a car and does need a certain amount of fuel to function and knowing Shaun T workouts you will burn loads.

Yes you could run round your garden but why not run when its dark. I run every evening and it gets dark here at 5pm and I love it. Just make sure you wear some bright clothing with reflective piping and you are set.

If you have a smart phone download Runkeeper ( or other apps) as it logs how far you have ran etc and will work out your speed. Also if you dont have a smart phone you can still use the website to see the distance you have ran and you can time yourself to see how long it took. There are other similar sites out there which…

Well Done. I can remember when I finally managed to run 1/2 mile and its a great feeling. Keep it up.

Maybe you could spend some time together doing so sport. Use it as an excuse to spend some one to one time. My 14 year old comes running with me a few nights a week. Also look at what everyone is eating and maybe swap some of the snacks for healthier options.

bump for later.

Well done.

My three oldest are interested in food and the benefits of a good diet.. We have lots of dietary restrictions so they tend to be more aware of what goes into stuff. They have been taught that any food is OK but some are better in small portions because of the fat or sugar content. We also like to try new foods and the kids…

Ditto I have learnt to ignore the scales for a couple of weeks after starting a new routine. Plus sodium and hormones can play havoc with the scales. Take measurements as well as you maybe getting smaller just not losing the weight dues to water retention.

What is wrong with nuts, dairy or meat? Chicken is quite low if fat anyway . As others have said bad advice. there is no need to cut food groups out unless a medical problem.

That is an amazing NSV. I have been following your progress on here over the recent months and you are an inspiration to all of us. Good luck with the knee surgery.

A whiff of bacon.

I have to say that on a regular basis - I'm 100% gluten free all the time and people dont understand how even a small amount of gluten can do so much damage.
-
Io use a fitbit and you can certainly tell the periods that I'm doing housework/ chasing after kids but unless it a very busy day it tend to add up to my daily goals rather than take me over.
-
If you want to lose weight you can eat what you like as long as its under your daily goal. However to feel good its probably best to try and eat at least 75% clean. I still have some junk everyday - sweets normally and still losing here.
-
Try an app like runkeeper if you have a smart phone as it also shows the elevation of your run and probably takes it into consideration.

Love mine and it does help. Go for it.
