Mine arrived this weekend and looking forward to trying it. Loved T25 but at the moment a bit much for me.

Big gamer here between kids, uni and running. Currently enjoying Witcher 3.

There is a great gluten free group on here. I stick to mainly home made items which helps alot.

I'm 14 stone odd and eat 1700 calories a day plus exercise and losing. I'm only done for a lb a week but I'm training for marathons at the moment so dont want to cut back too much. If you drive do you not put the amount of fuel you need in the car for it to work - your body is the same.

Eat the bread and enjoy. I miss bread as i have coeliac disease.
-
Actually 15% of coeliacs cant tolerate oats. The protein is very similar to gluten and unfortunately I'm one of the unlucky ones who cant have oats either ( and have tried using certified GF brands).

It is not weight you need to to lose but exercise to help to 'tone' up.

Hi been diagnosed for over 20 years. There are lots of useful advice out there and many new recipes to tryout.

I quite often will have a snack around 11pm as i come in from the gym or running around 10pm.

Good luck. Telling the difference between a break and a bad sprain is hard even for a doctor. Had a bad sprain that even the docs though was a break until the xray came back all clear. Once its healed its worth getting your gait analysed again as injury can cause it to change.

Running for me but i have a damaged tailbone and riding a cycle is agony ( i do like to use the recumberant bike at the gym though).

Glad I'm not the only one who turns evil after gluten and pmt and gluten makes it double the fun.

Drinking water alone may not be hydrating yourself. When we sweat we are also losing vital salts such as sodium and magnesium whcih are usually bunched together and aclled electrolyes. For our bodies to store the water we take in our electrolyte levels need to be right and obviously if you are sweating alot this can cause…

I would go back and ask for the test. Undiagnoised coeliacs disease can cause miscarriages - know quite a few people who have had fertility issues and then got diagnosed and go on to have unassisated pregnanacies. Mouth ulcers for me is a clear indicator that I have eaten gluten - and normally happen a few days afterwards…
-
I'm gluten free too. There is also a gluten free group on here.
-
Second this. Baby steps.
-
Again I suggest gait analysis.

Take the time to see why you want to lose weight and write it down where you can see. Take each day as it comes and if you have a bad day rememeber that tomorrow is another day and you only fail if you give up.
-
Hope you are ok and manage to get sorted.

Hi - my diary is open and I eat gluten free due to coeliacs. I tend to cook most things from scratch and the only things I tend to eat that are 'gluten free' food are bread and pasta. My diary is also free from soya, eggs, diary and sunflower products to to allergies too.

Children can and do understand what is theirs and what is not. Due to having coeliacs and food allergies there are certain items in the house that are mine - normally quite expensive and the kids know they are mums and not to touch. We also have seperate peanut butter etc to stop cross contamination and the kids leave mine…

Now that is why I eat mine back - marathon training so the balance between cutting calories and fueling training is quite tricky. As the distances increase I'll also cut back my deficit and I always try and eat back at leat 75% of my exercise calories - I also use a HRM so the burn is more accurate.
-
Lots of runners on here. I've been running for almost 3 years - still very slow but did 3 hm last year (run/walking them) and now have 2 marathons this year. -
-
Glad you have the time. Many of us work full time or have other demands on our time.
-
I have the mimimum of 100lbs to lose in total. Managed to lose 60lb and then put 20 back on and now back down to 45lb gone.

If you are coeliac you can must stay gluten free. It can take a while for the damage to show. I come from the era where they thought you grew out of it and from the age 7 was allowed to eat it. By the time I was 16 I was seriously ill and being treated for arthritis and skin disorders.
-
From the other side I'm a coeliac and cannot have gluten. I do agree that for some people (especially those with GI problems) it can also cause a problem and tbh it is so much easier to find gluten free products these days. However from the point a view of someone who has both coeliacs and numerous foodintolerances I cant…

Lots of here. used to live in Norfolk but now up in Yorkshire.
-
I must admit I dont even have the temptation to risk a tiny bit as it takes so long to recover and yes it is difficult when everyone can eat stuff and you cant but its really not worth risking it especially if you have bee diagnoised with coeliacs.

Ditto. Horrendous periods until g/f.
