    Mine arrived this weekend and looking forward to trying it. Loved T25 but at the moment a bit much for me.

    I am a Cize Live instructor and I can tell you just in my six days of training I am feeling it....I love the fact sixty minutes feel like five and your dripping in sweat when you are done.....I have faith stick to it and you will see your body change. Cize on :smile:

    I just started week 3 and am down 4.6 lbs and 8.5 inches! It's awesome!!!
