There is research that shows that eating food high in calcium helps weight loss. Go and enjoy.

Wow that is one amazing post. Well written and very witty. Might have to join you on that cruise.

If we are talking Fahrenheit boot up and lots of layers and go out side.

I do what I normally do - usually running and I'm very heavy (under docs for it). I use a mooncup which I've found much better than a tampon. Luckily I don't get bad cramp most months but have found exercise does help when they do decide to appear. However I do sympathise with those who get terrible cramps as i used to be…

Nope not heard of anyone and i know several people who run right up to giving birth. One of my friends ran 10 today and is 27 weeks along. They suggest you do not take up anything new or increase intensity while pregnant but you should be safe doing what you did before pregnancy. Just be aware that your body does release…

As you are a female it could well be weight gain due to your cycle. Its very common to gain weight around the time of your period.

There is a good g/f group on here but as someone says al the settings have gone awol. My diary is 100% gluten free as I have coeliacs and have been eating gluten free over 20 years now. lots of great books and website now dedicated to g/f cooking.

Cannot offer any advice but my hubby is in the same boat - both docs and PT can not find any reason for weight gain . He does have raised cortisol to being very stressed a work. Finally changed jobs and dropped hours and its slowly coming off.

No we don't get free liposuction or other cosmetic surgery on the NHS and although we don't have to pay we do have to wait - imagine waiting 3 months for a heart bypass?

I was dismayed but not shocked by this article - unfortunately there are many out there who will use any reason to blame others for their weight gain. I think I was much more disgusted by the fact that her daughter has ADHD and kidney problems - a good diet can help reduce symptoms of ADHD and I dread to think what the…

I think the minute i got taken in to care and a judge rules my mother as unfit parent i have every right to cut her out of my life. If this was a friend and not a blood relative more people would say walk away. Just because I share the same DNA with another person does not mean I have to have a relationship with them.
-
I had to do the same with my mum. i live 250 miles away from her as i can't stand her toxicity. she is much better now as she has leant that the minute she starts with her barbs i'll put the phone down/walk away. It did take my sister kicking her out of OUR house after she decided to try and start an argument (and she was…

I use high 5 which is the UK version and slightly cheaper - bonus of being a runner and bulk buy them .

Been told to drink lots of electrolyte drinks too - terrible at remembering though .

Glad I'm not the only one - mine is not that low but at max it gets to 90/60 and normally around 80/53 and have been told by docs to make sure i take on lots of salt.

I agree it is much easier just to say allergy most of the time especially if you say an autoimmune disorder they want to know the gory details (normally over lunch for some reason) but will get people pointing it out. I think partly you get people who think they have an allergy and say they have coeliacs and then go an eat…

Hi there is a gluten free board on here which is pretty good. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/112-gluten-free Just a word of warning that you might get shouted at as coeliacs is not a gluten allergy but an auto immune disorder.

Another vote for Couch to 5k. Lots of different apps out there including ones that has a zombie storyline. Get good fitted shoes as you less likely to injure yourself and go out and enjoy.

Muscle takes on water when its damaged - often why runners weight more after a long race. It can take a while for it to settle down and if you keep up/ changing your workouts it will take even longer. The best way is to also go by the measuring tape and not just the scales.

Is it possible to do a small loop so that your wife can run with you to start with and then you can drop hr off at home and go onto to do a longer run? Must be hard as you want to encourage her but also do your own thing.

bump info the recipe. Thank you for posting.

Off roaders have a lot more grip and usually less support. i have a pair of fell runners that are difficult to wear on tarmac and road shoes that are fine for trails running but would be useless for mud run etc. i also have a pair that are trail with extra grip but can cpe with pavement as i tend to do different types of…

I would buy just one pair that the store recommend -- I presume after a gait analysis and see how you get on with them. THEN keep an eye out on online sales etc to pick up another pair. I live in a very wet part of the country and run 5 out of 7 days so they can get a bit wet and stinky.
-
I have a couple of pairs as i pick them up in the sale plus if one pair get wet i can swap them over. Must admit i'm a bit of a running shoe addict though.

I've lived like this for the last 14 years - been a coeliac for 20 and dairy intolerant for 15 years. It can be tough but there are so many replacement products out there today that are both. I struggle as I'm also egg, soya, mustard and sunflower free.

In to read later ( Not the books!!! as have read much better erotica).
