I am 5'10" and CW 215. My first goal is to get below 205 (lowest I have been since having my daughters), then I want to break 200, then I want to get back to 183 (lowest I have been in my adult life) before I seek to add more goals.

I think you are so right! Planning is key. The past coupleof weeks I have been bringing 2 hardboiled eggs to work as a snack. The protein helps me feel full longer and they are very low calorie at about 80 calories each. The tricky part is remembering to hard boil them before the work week starts because that's when life…
