If its mainly grass, it will probably be taken as silage or hay in which case it will be gone as soon as conditions are a little better, needs to be dry to collect. Everyone is struggling a little this year getting the grass in due to the heavy rain in June/July,

Seems you do a lot of resistance, have you tried tracking stats other then weight, like body fat % it may be an increase in muscle weight, i wouldnt give up keep going change things a little at a time and find what works for your body. How do you like Karate? i keep meaning to join my local club.

I think this is an important point, but i am always dubious of how accurate the calorie count is for the exercises so i have a tendancy to not eat all back but i do the majority, my body usually tells me.
