I am 5'5 and if I have to have a goal weight it would be about 150. I am more concerned with getting healthier and losing BF. If I weigh 180 and feel good about the shape i am in, I would be thrilled with that! Not about the number for me....took me 20 years to figure that out! LOL!

I weigh and take measurements the first of every month! Due to the various changes a female goes through monthly, I find that this time frame works best for me!

I was being treated for having had a stroke and I han't had one! I had developed a secnodary infection from strep throat that had never been treated! Took me close to ayear to recover....and I NEVER set foot in that Dr.'s office again!

The amount of energy I have gained and the ability to do some of the things I hadn't wanted to do or try to do because of my weight! But, the BEST thing is knowing that I am IMPROVING my health for the long term!!! And, I owe a debt of thanks to my MFP friends for that! THANK YOU!!!!!!

I make a fruit smoothie...around 350 calories and extremely satisfying. 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries 1 banana 1 cup non fat plain yogurt 1 cup V8 Fusion (or generic brand) Light Vegetable/Fruit juice Put all in blender and blend for 30-45 seconds Makes about 12 oz or so

I refuse to say I am cheating. That implies that I am doing something wrong. Rather, I allow myself one Indulgence Day per week (Tuesdays) and I track everything. I just include a little more exercise later in the day.

I have naturally tinted eyelids....about 2 shades darker than the rest of me. This causes me to have very dark and bruised looking under eyes. have had them since i was about 4. I wear 100 SPF YEAR ROUND!!! And, I still manage to get burned quite a bit. I LOVE the outdoors, so I have to be ultra careful April thru October! For every 15-20 pounds I lose, I GAIN more boob! I have always been chesty, but it would be nice if the "girls" shrunk during this process! :)
