Hello all! Been a member since 2012, but have not been active for over a year due to health issues. I am starting fresh. I hope to get back into my old workout routine and amp up my nutrition. Between MFP and my workout app, I hope to meet all the mini goals I plan on setting for myself. Good luck to you all!!

I usually exercise every day. Nothing major...just 30-60 minutes of cardio. I do some sort of strength training 2-3 days of the week for 15-30 minutes. Congrats on going to the gym! 40 minutes is a great length of time. Keep up the great work!

I weigh the first of the month only. There are too many fluctuations throughout the month for me.....so it makesno sense for me to weigh more than the one time. Plus, this is more about how I feel and what I can do versus what number the scale gives me. :)

Thanksgiving was just fine! Celebrated early and then went for a long, hill filled walk. Burned over 600 calories so that there was no guilt when I had 1/2 a slice of each the pumpkin and pean pies! :) And, seeing as theyare my FAVORITE...cutting my pleasure by half was VERY hard! LOL! Hope you all have had a great holiday!

Just played 100 minutes of badminton! Need about 300 hundred more burned calories to meet that goal and still need to walk 10 miles! Not going to get that long of a walk in...not now....but I will get one in before 9pm.

I refuse to worry about it! Since I plan on working out that morning and I am the one preparing most of the food...I know I will be just fine. Plus, it is just one day and I could never eat enough of it to cause me any long term issues. If you need to, take a look at what food they have and pick the 3-4 you REALY want.…

I did not get Chicken pox until I was nearly 14...and it was SEVERE! I was violently ill and it took over my entire body...inside and out. With the exception to the milk I have in the mornings I have cereal for breakfast....water is ALL I drink! LOVE it! Always have! We were a Kool-aid house (there were 5 kids), but 9 out of 10...I chose water. There are many helth benefits to water...IMHO.

No set time...but I do prefer to take my long walk of the day after 9pm...and usually walk 90 minutes or so. Otherwise, all other exercise is done whenever I do it.

LOV THEM! I get half off every Friday at the Thrift stores here with member card. And, what better way to clothes shop for smaller clothing than at a thrift store where you pay 1/10 of what you would pay elsewhere.....especially if you are going down several sizes like I am!

I am going to make a Little Bo Peep costume! My mom made me one when I was a kid and I wore it for like 5 years! LOVED it! Thought I would try and repeat it! LOL!
