You might initially be attracted to someone based on their looks.....but you STAY attracted based on who they are! I am about as plain as plain can be, but have been asked out more than I would expect dou to my outgoing and open perosnality (that is what they tell me...lol). So, personality wins by a landslide!

I don't have children of my own, but i have a dozen nieces and nephews. Plus, I have been teaching in early childhood for 20 years. Be glad to be one of your MFP buddies! The kids keep u busy and active!

If I hadn't read the stats prior to seeing the pics, I would have guessed you had lost 15-18 pounds! You put on a great deal of muscle! Way to go! Absolutely fabulous!!!!!!

Totally agree with this. I weigh in on the first of every month. Your body fluctuates so much, especially with being a woman, that daily and/or weekly weigh ins are not necessarily the best move for everyone. Go by how you feel vs. what the scale says. And, most definately, kick the trainer out the door!!!!!

Weighing in daily would not benefit me. I also would not benefit doing it weekly. I have been doing it in the first day of each month first thing in the morning. But, if u are able to handle seeing the fluctuations, weigh whenever u need too. YOU need to be comfortable with what YOU are doing! Good luck to you!

When taking 2 of my nephews to the nature center....something I thouroughly enjoy....and I was unable to keep up with them, unable to climb the rock wall, unable to explore various other parts of the center due to my being unable to get down that low AND move!

I don't think having one every now and then is bad....but the whole pan might not be a good idea. Go outside, take a walk, listen to the birds, get the sun on your face. call a friend. Go to Humane Society and play with the animals...that is sure to put a smile on your face. You are strong. You can get through this day…

You look wonderful! How I needed to read your story and see your pics! Truly an inspiration! I am just starting out and have more weight at the start....but I am confident I can so this! I had realized there is no quick fix and that slow and steady were the key. Congratulations on all of your accomplishments!
