so have you tried adding fruits and veggies to your diet? that really would help and watch the amount of fat and processed foods you eat. also water intake is so important. Have you tried any protein shakes?

so what you think about stop looking for a diet and just eat healthy or cleanier? if is a lifestyle change. it can be done and i know that for sure. since i have really changed myself for better.

i do a juice drink with water, spinach, a pear, banana, carrot and some ice. it is very good and green. there are lots of different mixes that taste so good.
