If you can go to an actual running store, then that would be your best bet! I went to the NIKE store last week and bought the best running shoes I have EVER owned!!! I've been thru dozen of shoes and always ended up with achey knees and hips after a run. But the shoes they helped me pick work wonders!! HTH

I'm 5"5" and currently 146-ish. I got down to 138 about a year ago, but it crept back up. I keep bouncing between my CW and 150. Its driving me nutters!! I do cardio 3-4 times per week and weights 2-3 times per week. I've still got that stubborn "mommy tummy" tho!! Glad to see I'm not alone!! :D

The one thing that really irks the **** outta me is..... "Oh I'm so fat...I wish I was skinny like you." Then I go, "Well, I can help you.. Let's start working out, I'll help with your meal planning etc..." They go: "Oh yes that would be great...." THEN THEY AVOID ME FOR WEEKS ON END!! Hahahahaha!!! Yeeesh!!

YES!! I have a pair of jeans also that are WAYYY to big on me now... But they are so comfy, looked great when they fit and I refuse to quit wearing them... Just use my belt to hold 'em up!! :-P they probably look horrible, but I love 'em!! hahahah

My oldest son went through that phase. And no matter what we tried, for a good couple of months he kept waking up at stupid o'clock. Maybe try a doorknob cover and/or a digital clock and teach him that he has to stay in his room (if not go back to sleep) until a certain time. I didn't do this with my first, but wish I had!…

Hiya! I suffer from horrible constipation! My doc said Restoralax is ok to use everyday (well for me anyway) because it's better than the alternative of not going. i just started Tom Venuto's - Burn the Fat program. It's a 3 day split routine. For example, last nite I worked my chest, back, and abs. Tonite I think it's Biceps, Triceps and Shoulders.
