Day 5 finished! Halfway finished with level 1. Sadly I had to take a break yesterday, but that's fine. I'll just not have my planned rest tomorrow instead. My body isn't sore anymore, I think I'm starting to adapt!

Just about to do day 5! I was going to do it yesterday, but our internet was out so no DVD ): So I'm downloading it now! I just decided to make yesterday my break day instead of tomorrow, so it won't hinder my progress.

Day 4 done! Happy that my muscles seem to have healed a bit today, so I barely needed a rest at all. I'm still on the girly pushups, but they're consistent and in pace and I never stop. Also really proud that I slept in, with only an hour and a half to go before starting work. But I decided to just forgo doing my makeup…

Something that I've been wondering about, and maybe this affects others as well? I was hoping to do it without any rest days, or 1 a week if I had to. The actual reason being that I can't do the jumping jacks and skipping ect when anyone else is home since it makes too much noise, so I just do it while my dad's at work.…

Just completed day 3! I know that they're supposed to get easier as the days go on, but is anyone else finding it's getting a lot harder as the days go? Day 1 I found moderately easy, day 2 was a bit harder, but today I needed a few 5 second breaks and was sweating a lot more. I'm 99% sure it's because my muscles are all…

Day 2 completed! I found Day 1 easier than I thought, but I sure felt it this morning when I woke up! Even so I went through it again and I can really feel it working now. Just knowing that it's only 20ish minutes is such a breath of fresh air after the 2+ hours at the gym I used to put in every day a few months back. Also…

Hey, I just completed day 1 a few minutes ago. Although I felt it was a workout, it didn't tire me nearly as much as I thought it would, even though I haven't worked out or stuck to my diet in months! I followed Natalie for most of it apart from the push ups (and for 1 of the strength exercises I needed a 5 second break)…

what are you eating? If your body's not getting the nutrients, protein, carbs, fats and fiber it needs then it won't be able to run as it should. Can't run a car without fuel. Also, try and get your full 8 hours of sleep if possible, let your body repair itself!

I'm so glad I'm not the only one. I've tried researching pre workout meals, but they say oatmeal is good. But I've also seen people with the same problem as me, eating oatmeal. I tried again today and failed, and managed to do it a second time, this time with an energy drink. But I'm on a lower calorie diet and those are…
