Being an overweight child myself I would of been devastated had someone takin me from my family! That is not the answer in my opinion. Yes I can def tell a difference in the tummy! Keep up the great work!! I love the doggie workouts! I have 5 dogs, 2 of them are labs that weight around 100lbs so I wont be working out with them! LOL! Def made me LOL and I needed that today!! PS Im on Round 2 of the SHRED and I love the workout!

Im over 40 and I know how TOM screws everything up!! UGH! I feel your pain! Especially now that I AM over 40 and starting that peri menopausal thing its WORSE, TOM comes sometimes 2 x a month and tjhen he decides not to visit at all for months! I just try and fight it best I can.
