The before pics are September 2010 I joined MFP and starting doing Jillian's 2009 Wii workout, then in January 2011 I started the 30day Shred. My after pics are June 2011

Running pain
I did my first 5k in October and did well!! Broke my toe afterwards and that has since healed but when I started running again Im having severe hip pain by the end of a 3-4 mile run. I think Im overcompensating my right side by not putting all the stress on my left foot(where toe was broke). Any suggestions?

My BIG ten inches!
Mid January I started the 30day Shred. lower body injury
I have a bruised tailbone and have not exercised in 10 days. Im really wanting to get in some type of workout. Any advice on what exercises I can do without using lower body?
