yes, you could have low iron, or b12. i was really tired all of the time. i had low b12. my boyfriend was really tired all of the time. low iron. when you're eating healthier, sometimes we lack a lot. take some vitamins.

Mine is a Taylor scale. I got it at Wal-Mart. It's pretty decent. Although, it does not give you some nutritional values. Like Sugar. Just your main ones, cals, carbs, fat, protein, sodium, cholesterol, so if you're looking to watch your sugar intake, this scale would not be good.

maybe because i'm not a certified nutrition instructor. was just giving an opinion, she could have looked into it ? if someone gave me advice, doesn't mean i'm going to just follow it. i'd look into it. also, she said she doesn't want to give up caffeine, but doesn't want to drink soda, tea, or coffee.

ok so basically they already calculate it out ? so i'm suppose to eat 1850 cals a day. my BMR is apparently 2106.25 mfp says i should burn 477 cals a day. is this already included in my "deficit" ? or am i suppose to be burning 477 cals and then eating them back ?

I also hate this, I have one co-worker that ALWAYS brings in sugary, delicious, lick you lips snacks on our break, that we share together ! & she ALWAYS brings extra & offers to a few of us. I just say no, but it's so TEMPTING.

this happened to me the many times i started eating healthy. i realized i was eating decent and cutting calories, but i wasn't eating enough fiber. eat more fiber, drink more water, and more veggies.
