Thank you so much for your detailed reply ! I got the bowflex adjustable weights. And my bench sits right up or does a decline or lies flat. Will definitely look into those! And thanks - k wasn’t sure if certain areas needed more rest or not or if they could be worked everyday. Going to give it a go and see what works for…

I too struggle because I always have 12-15,000 steps in a day by 2pm and is very labor intensive at work. Once I get home I always promise myself I will do a small workout, but it always ends with me doing absolutely nothing and then hating myself for it lol.

It’s been fine for me so far. I sweat a lot but I enjoy it. My heart rate goes to peak rate. But I have noticed on the same settings after. Week my heart rate doesn’t get as high as it did prior. So I guess I’m getting used to it.

Thank you everyone. I think as long as I’m moving my body is a good thing. I am going to incorporate more weights into my workouts. I use a Fitbit and most of my workouts are pretty high intensity I guess... because I reach my peak heart rate and fat burn heart rate within a workout. Not sure if that is a good thing?
