yes, the pics are smaller. Hopefully the formatting will be adjusted to make everything on the forum page a bit wider.

I think the forum width on the page needs to be wider by about 20-30% and push the ads etc. to the right to align with the right side of the screen. It's too small right now and looks to be boxed into the same frame as the daily feed. Beyond that I think it is a great improvement!

50% protein?! That's a program asking for failure since, well, you'd be eating a whole chicken and it's family every day. I struggle getting in 35% each day, couldn't imagine 50%

People that see you every day don't usually notice unless it's a lot, like 40-50lbs. People that haven't seen you in a while will notice.

I'm 6'11", I'd give away 4" to be 6'7". It think life might be a little easier at that height.

i can burn 1,000+ in an hour. But who cares? It all depends on your weight/height

"Clean" eating helps me hit my macro targets.. it would be difficult to hit them eating fast food. Although I eat ice cream every day. And McDonalds quite a bit.
