New to Phoenix
Hi, I'm in the process of moving to Scottsdale. I've been on MFP for years, and love the hiking out here. Anyone still follow this group? And, anyone want to go hiking sometime? I love it so far.

Supplements!?!?
So I got on examine.com (great website). Did some research and it appears that the following are supplements that actually do something: Beta-Alinine, Creatine, Vitamin D, Fish Oil and a Multi. so, i don't get it
The first photo was taken on April 4th, second one was May 10th. What has me confused are my measurements. According to my friend the tape measurer it states I've gained 1.5" in arms, 3" in chest and 3" in shoulders, 0" in waist or other areas. Scale is down 6 lbs. I'm guessing bad measurements in the beginning?

RMR results wayyyy low!!
I did my RMR testing today, came it at 1852, all the calculators say I should be at 2650 at my height and weight. What factors (errors in testing) could contribute to such a low reading? I'm 34, 6'11" and 266 lbs.

How much time to spend at the gym?
For those that have seen good results from weights, how much time in the gym do you spend lifting? My workout routine takes about a 45min to an hour. 15 of it on cardio and 30-45 on weights. Curious if that is in-line with what others do?

Help.. so what do I do when i get "there?"
I'm well versed in the setting calorie goals at a deficit, macros etc. and good at eating at a deficit. I'm about 260ish right now, 14-15% body fat and probably have a month, maybe two until I get the BF down a percent or two. I remember a few times Sara and SideSteel saying that once at around 12% BF to stop the deficit…

I've been on MFP for nearly 5 years now and it's a wonderful site. I've learned a lot and it has helped me through a lot of rough times in life (most peeps that have been on my friend's list for a while know.) Took a break from it from Dec. to July and just getting ramped up again. Feel free to add and good luck!

What are some of the things that people eat on a daily basis that taste rockstar but help meet their macros? Ice cream brands, snacks, whatever. Looking to add a bit of variety to fill the 560 calories (of my 2800).

What the heck is Gluten?
All of a sudden people I know are going Gluten free? Packages everywhere with gluten free. "I'm allergic to Gluten." Did anyone really know what this stuff was 5 years ago? Where did all this come from?

I've been on here since 2009. It wasn't until about a year ago when I started reading your advice that I really started seeing consistent, sustainable and surprisingly easy to accomplish results. It all makes sense now, easy to maintain, and I get to eat Ice Cream!
