Cooking in bulk recipes?!
I eat about 2-3lbs of meat a day and cook for meals for a few days in advance. Anyone have any easy recipes that can be made in bulk? I have a good meatloaf, salmon cakes, and chicken recipes. Would appreciate more! Thanks!

Which caliper body fat percentage is the most accurate or is that even a valid question? Or does one work better for a specific body type? Had my personal trainer do the caliper measurements. What is the best way to calculate my goal weight? It was originally 250 but my bodyfat is still about 19% and I'm at 254 so there's obviously room to work with.

I have a target caloric intake of 2420 calories a day. I did the math posted in the suggestion thread and it came out to 35% protein, 35% fat and 30% carbs.
