First off, didn't realize that this group existed, glad that I found it and thank in advance for your help. I've always struggled with how many calories I should actually eat considering my height. The only way I seem to consistently lose weight is by eating the recommended calories (excluding exercise) and running. If I don't run I stall. My concern is I'm not eating enough.

1) What's your current intake of calories, on average? This is TOTAL CALORIES EATEN so this would include anything you eat for exercise calories. In other words, how much are you eating?

2300 calories

2) What's your current average intake of protein, carbs, and fats, in grams?

protein: 120g
carbs : 350g
fats: 20g

3) Do you use a food scale and measure everything?

No, but use measuring cups

4) Do you track all of your intake, daily? (Everything?)

On here, no, mentally, yes. If I show I fall short in my diary I usually eat something late at night to get me to my goal

5) Do you take cheat days or days off?

Yes, once a week

6) How much weight have you lost so far?

55lbs

7) What is your activity like, both exercise and non-exercise? (big difference between a construction worker and a desk job) and did you change that activity withing the last couple of months. If so, what changed.

Exercise: 1 hour a day, 5-6 days a week. Mostly cardio.

8) How long have you eaten at your previous amount and what happened in that time frame?

1 month, lost 10lbs

9) What's your height, current weight and if you know it, bodyfat%?

6'11", 265, 22-23%

Your rate of loss is on the high end of sufficient. I wouldn't call it "overboard" but it's an aggressive pace. I wouldn't do this for too much longer especially as you lean out further.

Are you doing any weight training/resistance training?

Your diet is fat deficient and it would be in your best interest to correct it.

How do you feel at this caloric intake in terms of performance and mood/etc?

    Thanks!

Yes, I am doing weight training, 4x a week.

I'll increase the fat, good point.

And yes, seems to be sufficient for cardio, weights struggling a bit but most likely due to inactivity.
