my little rollercoaster

So apparently whatever I've been doing since April is somewhat working. Question is really around cutting/bulking. I'm in the process of losing BF, eating 2800 calories a day and running/lifting weights. Question is, I'm on the lower end of the calculator for eating at 2800, if I factored in my actual exercise it would be around 3400. How long should I stay at this deficit? My Jan-April weight loss was at 2100 cals and I was too skinny as you can see from the pics. The 2800 seems better but I don't want to lose too much muscle mass. Should I bump up my cals the lower the BF?

How is your gym performance currently?

Your rate of weight loss seems reasonable. If you're able to train well, and you're not about to chew off your own arm, I'd stick to it until you get within a few lbs of being done cutting at then start reversing upwards.
