How to calculate goal weight?

What is the best way to calculate my goal weight? It was originally 250 but my bodyfat is still about 19% and I'm at 254 so there's obviously room to work with.

you would need to state what you wanted your goal BF% to be to work that out. .However......that will assume that all the weight you lost was fat and as you have already discovered you can get to a goal scale weight and still not look the way you want to, which makes the whole goal weight thing a bit pointless imo.....but if that's good motivation for you then by all means go for it.0

This assumes you do not lose any muscle. But you could always figure out your current lean body mass, subtract 10% and then use that in the equation based on your BF % goal.0 -
thanks, that puts me at about 220 which IMO is too skinny for my height. I need to do the calipers so I can get a better estimate of my BF.0
