What are some of the things that people eat on a daily basis that taste rockstar but help meet their macros? Ice cream brands, snacks, whatever. Looking to add a bit of variety to fill the 560 calories (of my 2800).

    I love Skinny Cow ice cream products for when I want ice cream and don't have a lot of calories left. Their Salted Caramel Pretzel bar is so good and 160 calories. The Snickerdoodle and mint ice cream sandwiches are only 140 and have a lot of taste. When I have 300 or more calories, I go for the Talenti Gelato. I also love See's chocolates and have them once in awhile.

    Daily what I would do with 560 calories to spare?

    Noosa brand yogurt with granola, avocados on anything, homemade or really just high quality tortillas/bread and the occasional donut.

    If I was able to bake and liked who I was gifting those 560 calories? A mini Dutch apple with homemade crust using cream instead of water. Or flourless hazelnut chocolate cake, or a mini cheesecake. Cheesecake is super easy, freezes well and you can make it in muffin pans and switch up the flavors easily.

    Specifically, cascadian farms almond chocolate granola bars or their oat and honey granola. Do not fall victim to the idea all granola is created equal.

    French toast or egg in the hole probably come close too or fried chicken.

    Definitely one of the skinny cow ice cream selections.
    A magnum mini.
    Toast with Nutella or white chocolate PB
    Chocolate covered strawberries
    Fruit with yogurt dip
