    Oh no! I had hoped that this was just another one of those stupid death hoaxes. My heart is breaking right now, he was always one of my favorite actors. Poor guy, I can't begin to imagine how much he must have been suffering to go to such extremes :-( My heart goes out to his family

    Apparent suicide.


    One article I read said cause of death was asphyxiation by suicide.
