This is awesome and exactly how I feel! I'm changing my life not on some fad diet...so if I want a rice crispy treat once every couple days...I'm going to have one! So many people that I know don't get this...change your life...get heatlhy...but don't deprive yourself of a treat every now and then!

I prefer to the DVD's to the classes...but I'm more of an idependent worker. I feel like I burn more and workout harder with the DVDs than I do with the instructor.

This is what seems to work for me...I cut out almost all of my bad carbs like breads, pastas and sweets. I've been eating a lot of fruits and vegetables to reach my daily carb intake...then I allow myself one bad carb per day. That may be a piece of candy, a roll with dinner. I completely agree! I lost 15 lbs and then logged off and didn't log back on until 11 of it was gained back...and it only took me a couple months to gain it all back!

My doc told me not to be concerned unless I was losing more than 2 lbs a week unless of course I'm not giving my body the calories it needs!
