I'm really trying to cut back. Sure I still have some "treats" but I have cut back a lot. My trainer said I should be eating a lot of protein, which I am finding hard to do.

I normally always eat only 1/2. Sometimes I will eat some dessert but not usually anymore unless a special occasion at the restaurant. I'm going to Olive Garden Saturdya and already have my meal planned by using their nutrition. Grilled chicken parm - 1/2 the serving. 1 salad, 1 breadstick

I try to plan ahead as much as possible. I also try to over estimate if possible

I feel guilty too but then try to start over the next day. You can't go back in time.

You guys all have some great tips! sometimes instead of ice cream I will slice up a banana with some cool whip and add a tbsp of mini chocolate chips. Its very yummy and the potassium can help my sore muscles.

This is what I've been trying to do. Work around the calories to ensure it fits. Today I missed the mark.. but I have been under for most days the last few weeks.

measurements are always good to keep. I took them before I started and will take them once a month.

Those are all good points too. I want to lose the weight and get in shape so I can chase my little one around in the summer and take her to the pool and be comfortable. It will surely help me in the zombie apocalypse too ;)
