Do you still have base access from the navy? I was a trainer there for almost ten years and we didn't charge for training. The other thing you could do, and this is hard, ask for help. Lol People that are working in the gym should be able to show out around and how everything works And if they can't, your at the wrong gym

Agreed, 2 lbs a week is much easier then the whole chunk. It has really helped me to check in and keep my self accountable here. And logging your food will really make you aware of what your eating. Its great that your here. Logging on and tracking your food is the thing that works the best for me. It makes me really aware of what I'm eating. Also logging on a few times a day keeps me motivated on what my goal is. Friend me if you like

Have to agree your calorie count is a low. I have worked with a lot of people and seen the craziest thing happen when they don't eat.
