OMG thanks for this! We have the exact same start weight and goal weight and I am seriously STUCK. Three months of eating 1200 and working out, and my weight still fluctuates between 130-128. That's exactly me! At 130 lbs my waist is disproportionally wider than anywhere else on my body. I definitely second the 20 min Jillian Michaels workouts. I combine them with a TV show that I like, on the same13" laptop no less.
