Nutrition Info
Per bite based on 16 bites
Calories: 6 (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) (about 8 or 9 with chocolate chips)
Fat: 0g.
Ingredients
2T coconut flour
1/2 banana (can sub 2.5T applesauce)
3T almond milk
chocolate chips (can use raw, if you want)
sweetener (If you don’t want these to be very sweet, then just let the banana be the sweetener. I used about 10-15 stevia drops. Use what you want or have on hand and adjust to your tastes)
Directions
Mash banana, and combine with coconut flour in a small bowl. Add almond milk and stir. Sweeten to taste, but remember some of the sweetness will probably get lost if you freeze these. Mix in chocolate chips, form into balls (I actually form into balls and then press the chocolate chips in) and eat!

There IS fat in coconut flour. From nutrition data, it says 4 g in two tablespoons. If that is being divided into 16 bites, that 0.25g each cookie - not zero. You really should count that since it will add up if people are eating more than one.

hmm i'm not sure
I think I'm gonna try it this afternoon. we have a cooler day today and i happen to have some almond meal. I'm thinking to add shredded coconut instead of sugar. i'll post about it if it's successful.0 -
i actually made what is probably an entirely different cookie
i used almond meal & added coconut and mashed a banana into the whole thing. each cookie is a tablespoon's worth of mixture, made about 25 cookies.
per bite, it's more than 6, but according to your numbers it's maybe closer to if you put chocolate chips in it. each cookie, for me, is about 3-4 "bites"
they're quite filling, too. thanks for the idea! i will definitely make these again!0 -
i edited recipe once i realized i only used 3c almond flour.
they taste like macaroons, and i suppose in specific terms, they ARE macaroons.0 -
