Morning time, after I pee, no clothes. And I automatically deduct five pounds for my head.

We have all been there. I was there last Sunday. Ice cream, snickers bars, oreo cookies, anything I could get my hands on. Next day I felt like utter crap - physically and emotionally. I promised myself I would get back on track and now, one week later, I feel FANTASTIC again. This thing we're all doing, it isn't a phase.…

After doing much investigative research after seeing this thread, I have purchased three bars to try 'em out lol

I didn't feel good. Foods were affecting my moods, I felt lethargic and despondent. It got to a point where I'd consume 4 and 5 cupcakes at night, some ice cream, snickers bars, etc. I'd sit down and feel so damn bloated, rolls forming in my gut and flapping over my bra. So not only did I not feel good but I was…

Cool beans, I'm game.

I only have a cheat day once a month, otherwise I fear for my willpower if I were to allow myself to indulge more often. Plus, being able to go an entire month makes me feel like Superwoman.

I have no idea how to gauge that. If you want to see if it's accurate get a 10lb weight and plop it on there. Regardless of its accuracy though, what I'm saying is that you indicated you have been feeling horrible for the past 3 weeks - so if anything, take what the scale says with a grain of salt, be happy that you didn't…

I think the scale is a false message of motivation. Either you step on it and the lower number tells you, "Go on and eat!" or it's a higher number and you think, "I need to starve myself." A better indicator is simply listening to your body. If you have been feeling horrible for the past 3 weeks then I'd say that that…

What I do if I'm feeling in the slumps and not wanting to exercise is look at motivational pictures of athletes who inspire. Generally this photo of Hope Solo is enough to do the trick of getting me off my dead *kitten*.

The more days that pass that you keep putting it off, the harder it will be to do it. Don't let lethargy happen to you. The great potential of mind is stronger than procrastination... you just have to target it in the right direction!

I guess it depends where you're most weak. For me it was my legs (severe jelly legs). I'd completed the 30DS a couple of months ago and then moved on to Ripped in 30. Now I'm actually back to the 30DS again simply because I like the exercises so much. I started back today and now it's my shoulders that are sore. Best…

Have you guys tried the Skippy peanut butter with HONEY? It's to die for.
-
I tend to overestimate my calories eaten and underestimate my calories burned... just to be on the safe side.

Sugar from fruit is good, though. I wouldn't detox from that.

I had that last week. Was going strong for so long and then BAM... the thing with pity parties is that you never know they're coming. No warning, no rhyme or reason. They just show up on your doorstep and force you to eat everything in sight (well that was the case for me last week). Then of course I thought "there goes my…

iPad. My friends are scared I may FaceTime them some day.

Some peanut butter on celery is pretty satisfying.

Probably entails different things to different people depending on the person's eating habits. For me, it's no junk food, no processed food, and no other drinks but water (and my obligatory cup o' joe in the morning). Lots of veggies, fresh fruits, lean meats.

I live in NC now but grew up in Suffolk county.

B And if people do A, I fix it. If they continue to do A, I stop seeing them because clearly if their illogicalness extends to the bathroom then who knows where else that zaniness might manifest.
-
That settles this question then. Returning it to Amazon and buying something else with my gift card!
-
LOL seriously? I honestly have always wondered about this.

Sounds good to me. I'm in better shape now than I was in high school.

It only allows input for weight.

That's the thing, this is my first time using an HRM so I have no idea if 151 is high for me lol I mean... it felt like I was working out hard, definitely. Sweating bullets.

Timex

Well that sucks. Maybe I didn't wet the sensors enough? Blargh.

6.0 only when I'm jogging, then I drop down to walking at 3.8 and then boost back up to 6.0.

Right?! That's what I thought. I wonder what's wrong with my HRM... it's new.
