I intermittent fast a lot, which starts at 2000 the night prior and runs till at least noon, so I typically skip breakfast. I always have my bullet coffee though which satiates me for half the day.

Mine has been absurdly all over the place since doing keto. I've had where I've gotten 2 in one month, where I've been abnormally late, etc. I just don't care anymore because I've experienced such amazing overall benefits of keto. But yeah, TOM has been beyond whacked.

He did mention one thing I don't agree with however, how you don't need to count calories if you're on the keto diet. I think anyone trying to lose weight needs to be mindful of how many calories they're taking in.

I think it all boils down to habits. As long as your habit is healthy, then there's no reason you shouldn't be allowed to indulge in life's pleasures. I've been on keto for 6 months with a handful of cheat days. I go back on keto pretty seamlessly and the days I've indulged weren't much of a setback.

Oh definitely. I find that I'm incredibly sensitive to alcohol-consumption now. I used to do a bottle of wine easily. Now I have barely a glass and feel tipsy. Which I guess is a real good thing, but I can't hang with anyone lol

Yeah, I've been on keto for 6 months now and have lost 24lbs. I'm definitely the healthiest I've ever been and have gotten into a pretty good routine. But this MCT stuff pops up everywhere I look so I thought I'd give it a go and see how it made me feel. Definite no-go.

I try not to make exceptions because then it's so easy for those exceptions to become the rule. I'm obsessed with blending coconut oil into my coffee. I'm not even a coconut fan but find the taste to be amazing. Plus, the froth it creates makes me feel like I'm drinking a latte.

Keto has been my saving grace. Today is day 50 and I've lost 18lbs, but more importantly I feel better than I've ever felt in my life. I have energy, clarity, the whole nine. It's been amazing.
