I get that way when I'm surrounded by morons.

Yeah, it's really self-defense when you're the one who pursued an unarmed person eating skittles. Totally. If a stranger pursued me as I was walking along minding my own business, I'd have beat the **** out of him too. Speaking of, you're playing pretty fast and loose with the term "beating the **** out of..." I've had a…

Luckily I'm the kind of person who can sit on a 9-hour flight and do nothing but think. So when I run, I'm surprised when I'm done because I've conjured up way too many ridiculous scenarios along the way. Your imagination is a wonderful thing.

I'm loving my chia seeds. I put 8 ounces of water in a mason jar and add 3 tablespoons of the seeds to them. Stir, let them sit over night, and they become gelatinous. All the awards, I give them to you.

Oh, I don't do gyms. My gym is outside and using my own body. I don't think I could handle the influx of differentiating opinions on how things "should" be done.
-
That's a good line. I'm gonna have to remember that one.

It's gonna be tough to do the entire DVD to be honest. She incorporates shoulders with everything.

I enjoy both cardio and strength training. However, as another poster has said - you seem confused. And I'm one of those who actually enjoy cardio BECAUSE of the cardiovascular benefits. I love the way my breathing feels after a good run. My entire respiratory system feels clear and healthy for the day. I love the sound of…

Just completed day 5 of level 1. Feeling great. I followed it up with a 5k jog in the park. Now I'm pretty sure it's nap time.
