I do cardio as well. I already completed the 30DS but am doing it again because I like the workouts in it so much. But I generally combine it with jogging every other day.

I think the only person expendable with no threat to the continuity of the show IS Violet. So if a main character is dying (one that has been in every episode), I would put my money on her. On a sidenote, this is the best show to hit television in a very long time.

I think it entails different things to different people. For me, it means no processed foods, no sugars (except from fruits), I don't drink anything except water, lots of veggies, fruits and lean meats.
