Working out....replacing what you work off...eating lean...you dont need to eat 6 times a day or anything...but working out and eating are what you need to do...stop starving yourself

even too much protein can be bad...it will get stored as fat...find whats right for you...but a good rule of thumb while youre trying to lean outweight lifting is 40/35/25 macros...eat lean...try for about 1g per lb...if you want to stay at your current muscle mass 1g per lean mass

yes dont over do it, or train a certain muscle group back to back...you must allow your body to repair itself...much like a bone when it breaks it comes back stronger...how do you think muscles get stronger? you wouldnt keep walking on a broken foot would ya? ;)
