yes by november, do cardio lol and fast...drink water...youll gain it back though....
-
+1...didnt mean to lift when sore =) i take cold showers or an ice bath after a heavy session at the gym....tons of athletes do it...and it helps!
-
glad someone picked up on it =)

You clearly didnt read the rest, and my macros are fine....there was nothing said about fat being bad...thanks for your input though killer
-
nope, but it's great cardio, along with reducing cortisol levels....more sex the better...honestly
-
yup youll lose water weight...and muscle as well... more muscle the more calories you burn... do you need to lose a little weight fast..or just dont want to wait a month and work hard/eat right?
-

straight to the veins

Your weight will fluctuate...start taping yourself...if you gain 5 lbs, but lose in an inch in the belly, .5 inches on the neck then youre gaining muscle not fat
-
glutamine, stretching, ibuprofen...suck it up ;) and yes hydrate http://embodypolefitness.com/instructor-blogs/diana-blog/broke-down-tired-sore-muscles%E2%80%A6-try-glutamine/ http://www.livestrong.com/article/295584-glutamin-and-muscle-ache/

http://www.freedieting.com/weight_loss_guide.htm http://www.caloriesperhour.com/tutorial_ratios.php http://www.livestrong.com/article/347412-macronutrients-in-diet-plans/ http://leanbodiesconsulting.com/faq/Best+Macronutrient+Breakdown+For+Fat+Loss personally my ratio is 40/35/25....sometimes +/- 5...this is for clean lean…
-
For fat loss, muscle gain, leaning out, or just average health?

white azzhole...white castle...

it can be argued all day how "bad" it is for you, but for starters and injured use light weight to get the motions down...though it changes when you start using free weights...its not an exercise you want to always do... the other machine you can use is the hack or power squat, i love those
-
i use them for a boost in energy....however its not going to do it for you...hard work, dedication and consistency will get you to your goals...
-
Sounds like you got the right idea... The cleaner and leaner you eat the better, try for a macro ratio of 40/35/25 lift heavy when you do try to avoid sugar unless its after working out drink water, stay motivated i tend to not like much carbs after lunch...only some after a work out to help fuel muscle repair
-
well thats an epic cheat day... one day isnt going to kill all your progress...getting fat, along with losing weight takes time...its not overnight....have a cheat day now and again...go to find heavy things to pick up and put back down if you have a bad day instead of eating...be constructive and stay motivated
-
Do more core exercises , eat more lean chicken and veggies, cut carbs down more, do more hiit cardio, drink more water... depending on nutrition, take in more protein, take supplements cla, fishoil, glutamine bcaas etc
-
@sarah 7.5 pretty eyes =) gotta work my best feature ;)
-
stevia is bad mmmk... real sugar is better....however its still the enemy on a diet among just plain health...i only eat it after working out
-
hook it up
-
