I'm sure you also noticed that I said you have to find out what works for you....I also said I eat cheese...I'm putting information out there for people to read and make their own plans and routines...Gotta love the interwebz, everyone is right and must be abrasive.

Well I'm sure you have a great balance of proteins carbs and fats...I'm sure it's spot on...is your goal to lean out, get big, or get thin...all are different and require different avenues of approach....but if youd like to argue further feel free to start a new thread and not tread jack

Shall I post more about macros? I can if you'd like. Cheese is not something I personally eat a lot of. Mixing cheese with cheese also doesnt make for a lean meal.

That's not quite as lean as I would like to eat, how did your mind wrap that into a fart joke... Goals are different...I'm sure you checked out the thread I posted...but back on topic... I eat lean, low amounts of cheese, more lean meats...some milk with casein protein. cottage cheese in the morning... Also love ghost…

Well glad its working for you, but the instead of buying those things that are marketed as healthly, or have sugar...try eating lean and more veggies...do squats and lunges from home...tons of things you can do

Just google nutritionists in whatever city you live in..find one who has reviews...go to your local section on here and see if someone has advice...for now, stay eating as lean as possible, veggies, water, tea...what type of movements can you do?

Dont waste your time...do real exercises, lift weights....Just another gimic machine...or just go walk?

Honestly, in your situation I would seek out a nutritionist and a personal trainer. That coupled with eating clean, no sugar, only good fats etc will help. Drinking more tea, and water.
