  • Thanks everyone! My BMR is 1457 according to online calculation site (http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator) And I'm losing only about 200-400 calories per exercise session. I’m eating about 1550 total calories on gym days, and 1300-1400 total calories on rest days. Is this ok? Or should I consume more?
  • My work out routine: StairMaster: 20-30min. I do Level 8-10 for few min and then 12-14 for few min back and forth. Then, work out arms every other day, and core every other day.
  • I'm 27. Weight 145lb Height 5'3. I'm not getting sick. It's just weird that I was fine for 3weeks and all of the sudden I'm feeling extremely sore and tired for 4days in a roll. I just want to see if anyone else has same experience or is it not normal.

  • No, I haven't been measuring. But, I remember before when I work out and watch what I eat, I will drop pounnds. This time around I haven't been able to drop the pounds. I wasn't sure if I am doing something wrong or maybe i'm not exercizing enough. I work out 5 days a week.
