Yes im in maintenance and my calories are set to 1740. It's just so hard for me to fit in restaurant food and still feel satisfied at the end of the day so I try not to do it. Is that my problem? For some reason, eating healthy for an entire month and then going crazy for one day just doesn't seem as damaging to the scale!

Thank you all for your replies. The restaurant I am going to has no nutritional information on the website so I will eat clean the entire day on friday and maybe bank some calories for the next few days so the damage won't be too bad. And even if it is, I don't do it all the time so I won't stress out too much about it. <3

I always add some peanut butter into my oatmeal along with some cinnamon! Yum! I also enjoy spreading it between 2 dark chocolate squares! Satisfies the sweet tooth!
