If you eat 1200 (+) Then you burn 400 (-) (=)That gives you 800 to feed your body with. Not enough really. Put very simply!

I have clothes in all my past sizes....16-26 UK......I got down to an 18/20 last year but am really pleased I kept most of my bigger clothes or I'd have spent out a fortune. Keeping my clothes doesn't affect my intention to lose weight and getting rid of them wouldn't stop me gaining weight. I do keep them in a different…

I have been increasing my cals since the beginning of this month, having read and joined Dan's In Place of a Roadmap group and filling in Heybales's calorie deficit sheet. I had stalled eating lower cals, felt tired even when I woke up and generally rubbish. :frown: Now I feel great, have more energy and am losing…

Strutt my stuff in the most provocative manner........proudly!!!

I use diet scales, they measure in 5g increments...best thing I ever got. I do use spoons for some things but I find it annoying to have to keep levelling them off!! Lol

I don't tend to lose much from my breasts.....at their largest, at my heaviest they were a G cup but as i've lost in the past they have never dropped below an F cup.....the band size goes down, but that's fine.....they still look great!! Seems my breasts are the one area I don't carry much excess fat.

My name is Mabel and i am a sugar addict......:indifferent: The only way i can stop craving sugar is by avoiding it completely, this also includes refined carbs as they tend to start the craving too. I only have to cut it out for a few days and the craving disappears. My substitution is now fat free greek yogurt with honey…

Yes zig zagging is quite common and where you have high days and low days but where the daily average for the week or weekly total is around your goal figure. I have a calorie range as I'm still working out what my BMR and TDEE really are so I aim to eat between 1500 and 1850 cals a day, I think that it's very easy to…

You are just not giving your body enough fuel/food to function....that about sums it up. You really must eat more, that's why you're feeling so exhausted and fed up......your body is running on empty. Eat a normal healthy well balanced diet, increase your cals. I would suggest weightloss is not what you need right now, but…

My Physio commented yesterday that I was looking really well.....it's only 19lbs since i started seeing her but it was nice to hear.

I like to butterfly my breasts then rub on a little oil and pan fry at a very high heat, this keeps them incredibly moist and gets that lovely crispy outside. Another idea is to make a pocket in the breast and stuff with cream cheese and some herbs, wrap in bacon and bake in foil. Finally, at this time of year I love a…

At my heaviest I was 290lbs, then I spent a while at 285 now i'm down to 266.........my goal is 168lbs which i intend to achieve by the beginning of June 2013......I will get there!!

I tend to eat healthily purely because the more crap I eat, the more refined carbs and sugar I eat, the more I want and the more likely I will be to end up bingeing. If I don't eat the above stuff I don't crave it or miss it, so for me I am better off eating healthily. I also have a calorie range not a single calorie goal.

I aim for between 1500-1800 cals an have my settings at 40 carbs-30 protein-30.fat. I also aim for fibre of 30. Haven't really noticed a change but it did take me while to get used to eating this much protein.

I used to get incredibly tired, I would even wake up feeing shattered. I realised that I was not eating enough....I've now upped my cals and feel much more alert and not tired at all.

Hi! It's quite normal to lose a lot of weight quickly when you first start. I lost 11lbs in my first month.....but this month it has really slowed. Enjoy the first flush of weighloss, just don't be disheartened when it levels out to a more steady lb or two a week. Congratulations on your engagement!!!
-
No idea.....i might pop on and say hello, not sure if i'll be bothered to weigh everything, if i don't then i probably won't log.
-
Yes this is fabulous!!

You've done such a brave thing by pouring your feelings out on here....that's the first step. Take small steps....you can change so much, you do have the strength to get through. Things will get better and easier. Forget the past year, forget yesterday....they're done...over...finished. Get a pen and paper and write…
