Calculating effort.
Hi folks, I've just started using my old Carl Lewis rowing machine for the first time in years! Can you give me an idea of what effort (light or moderate) I should be recording my time as? I do 24 strokes per minute at a level 6 out of 8 resistance currently. Many thanks Mabel

Old Treadmill Incline question
I have an old York Pacer 2750 treadmill which has 3 manual incline settings....the first one is level, so what percentage incline would you guess the other two settings to be? 5% and 10% or something else? Lost weight but body fat is up.....why?

Is feeling cold to do with my diet?
I've noticed that I keep feeling cold and can't get warm, even when I go to bed I'm still cold. This isn't constant but has become more noticable since I've been trying to lose weight. Exercise bike calories...which is closest?
So....I did 12 mins on my bike got my heart rate up to 143 and broke a sweat (nice!) These are the different calories I get: My bike says - 61cals MFP light effort - 137 cals MFP mod effort - 175 cals Various other sites are around the MFP figure give or take. What do you guys think?
