Hi folks,

Do you know if there is a way to delete individual text messages :grumble: .....i know i can delete the entire thread but don't really want to do that.

If that's not possible is there a way to change the set up of how texts are linked up....so they don't run in a continuous thread?

Not sure i've explained myself very well, but hope you get the jist!

Thanks!

I use the Galaxy Ace and I can delete single text messages by pressing and holding on the message you want to delete.
You know, just this "long press"-method that solves nearly every problem on Android ^^

Ahhh thanks...i think the problem is because i am using ChompSMS....never had an Android before so it's all a bit of a mad learning curve! Love the phone though!

    Thanks

I have the LG Prada and I press and hold an individual message and it gives me options, and one of them is to just delete that message, think most Androids are the same?

You press and hold for 2 seconds and it will bring up secondary options for that message which include deleting, forwarding, and all that good stuff.
